Halloween Horror Nights 2026: Every Haunted House Announced So Far

Halloween Horror Nights is returning to Universal Orlando for another terrifying season, and the 2026 haunted house lineup is already looking incredible.

This year marks Halloween Horror Nights 35, bringing 10 haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment, themed food and drinks, and plenty of late-night scares to Universal Studios Florida.

If you're planning a trip to HHN this fall, here's your guide to every Halloween Horror Nights 2026 haunted house announced so far.

Halloween Horror Nights 2026 Dates

Halloween Horror Nights 35 takes place at Universal Studios Florida on select nights from August 28 through November 1, 2026.

The event is separately ticketed and features 10 haunted houses, along with scare zones and entertainment throughout the park.

Universal recommends the event for guests ages 13 and older due to its intense nature.

Now, let's get into the houses.

Hellraiser

Get ready to enter a world of pain.

Inspired by the original Hellraiser trilogy, this haunted house brings guests face-to-face with the terrifying world of the Cenobites.

Expect a dark and disturbing atmosphere inspired by the franchise's signature combination of horror, torment, and the supernatural.

For longtime horror fans, Hellraiser could easily become one of the most anticipated houses at Halloween Horror Nights 2026.

Stranger Things 5

The Upside Down is returning to Halloween Horror Nights for one final adventure.

Inspired by Stranger Things 5, this house takes guests back to Hawkins for what promises to be an epic final battle.

You'll encounter familiar threats from the series as you attempt to survive the Upside Down and help defeat Vecna once and for all.

Stranger Things has produced some of the most popular houses at previous Halloween Horror Nights events, so expect this one to draw some seriously long lines.

Sinners

The blues are about to turn blood red.

Inspired by the horror film Sinners, this house transports guests to the Smokestack Twins' juke joint on opening night.

But the celebration doesn't last long.

When bloodthirsty vampires arrive, the party quickly turns into a nightmare.

The combination of music, atmosphere, and vampire horror could make Sinners one of the most visually interesting houses at HHN 35.

Jack & Oddfellow: Chaos & Control

Two legendary Halloween Horror Nights icons collide.

This original house explores the twisted history of Jack the Clown and Dr. Oddfellow before bringing the two characters together in a battle between chaos and control.

For longtime HHN fans who love the event's original characters and mythology, this could be one of the must-see houses of the anniversary year.

INVASION: Alien Abduction

Something has arrived from another world — and it isn't friendly.

This original Halloween Horror Nights house takes guests to a remote homestead that has become the site of a terrifying extraterrestrial encounter.

A mysterious alien craft has arrived. A family and their livestock have disappeared.

And the creatures responsible are looking for their next test subjects.

If you're a fan of classic alien abduction stories and sci-fi horror, INVASION: Alien Abduction is definitely one to watch.

H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: A Halloween Fright-Tacular!

A Halloween Horror Nights fan favorite is back.

H.R. Bloodengutz returns after escaping prison and making his way back to WKNB Television Station for one final Halloween special.

Guests will enter a twisted television broadcast filled with gruesome Halloween programming, ghouls, gore, and plenty of surprises.

Longtime HHN fans may remember the character from H.R. Bloodengutz Presents: Holidays of Horror at Halloween Horror Nights 21, making this return especially exciting for fans of Universal's original HHN stories.

MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals

Welcome to the zoo.

Unfortunately, you're now the main attraction.

This original house takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where most life has disappeared and desperate survivors have turned to cannibalism.

Guests searching for shelter enter the ruins of an abandoned zoo, only to discover that predatory tribes have claimed the area as their territory.

And you're their next meal.

With its gritty post-apocalyptic setting and aggressive horror concept, MADLANDS: Caged Cannibals sounds like it could be one of the most intense original houses at HHN 35.

Cybergoria

Immortality sounds great — until the machines get involved.

Set thousands of years in the future, Cybergoria introduces guests to a cold, terrifying world where humans awaken from cryogenic sleep to discover that the machines designed to make humanity immortal have taken things in a horrifying direction.

Human flesh is being harvested and replaced with synthetic parts, creating a disturbing combination of futuristic science fiction and body horror.

This is one of the most unique original concepts announced for Halloween Horror Nights 2026 so far, and it could end up being a surprise favorite.

Where to Stay for Halloween Horror Nights

After spending hours walking through haunted houses and scare zones, staying close to Universal Studios Florida can make your Halloween Horror Nights experience much easier. An on-site Universal hotel gives you convenient transportation options and eliminates the need for a long drive after a late night at the event.

For a premium stay, consider Hard Rock Hotel or Loews Royal Pacific Resort. Both offer upscale accommodations and convenient access to the parks. Loews Sapphire Falls Resort is a great midrange option with a relaxing tropical atmosphere, while Universal’s Endless Summer Resort offers more budget-friendly rooms for travelers who would rather spend their money on event tickets, food and merchandise.

What to Bring to Halloween Horror Nights

Halloween Horror Nights involves long hours of walking, outdoor queues and plenty of time in the Florida heat. Bringing a few essentials can make the night much more comfortable. We recommend supportive walking shoes, a lightweight portable charger, a small park-friendly bag and a reusable water bottle. A compact poncho is also helpful for unexpected Florida rain.
