All Pixie Thread Co products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times (after production):
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we are not responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
